LCCI Cyprus Award Ceremony 2006

The 2006 LCCI Cyprus Award Ceremony took place on 12th May in the Hilton Hotel, Nicosia.

36 award winners received their medals and certificates from Nigel Snook, Chief Executive of LCCI’s parent company, EDI.

Dr. Paul Rogers, LCCI’s Regional Manager, welcomed the award winners and their guests, and introduced David Brown, First Secretary (Trade & Investment) at the British High Commission, who made a speech to all those present.

Nigel Snook then spoke about the long and happy relationship LCCI has had with Cypriots.  He announced that the current academic year is LCCI’s Golden Jubilee Year in Cyprus and a number of special events to commemorate it are planned.

Marjon Gutteling, who runs the administration of the Cyprus office, announced the medal winners, series by series, and they were presented with their medals.
